Our clients can avail a diverse range of Die Steel Rounds & flats, grade – D3 & D2 Steel, which is available in various specifications.
D-2 tool steel is a versatile high-carbon, high-chromium, air-hardening tool steel that is characterized by a relatively high attainable hardness and numerous, large, chromium rich alloy carbides in the microstructure. These carbides provide good resistance to wear from sliding contact with other metals and abrasive materials. D-2 provides an effective combination of wear resistance and toughness, tool performance, price, and a wide variety of product forms.
Sizes Available:Round and Flat bars.

2. H-13
H-13 is an oil hardening tool steel which combines a very good red-hardness with toughness and covers a wide variety of applications in Pressure casting dies and metal extrusion tools for processing light metals, forging dies, moulds, screws and barrels for plastic processing, nitride ejectors, hot-shear blades.
Sizes Available : Rounds , Flats and Squares.

3. H-21
H-21 is 9% Tungsten hot work tool steel.

Applications : Tools for metal tubes & rods, extrusion. Presses, rams, forging dies etc.
Sizes Available : Rounds. Die and Length are as per clients request.

4. P-20 Steel
P-20 is a pre-hardened high tensile tool steel which offers ready machine-ability in the hardened and tempered condition, therefore does not require further heat treatment.

Applications : Plastic moulds, mould frames for plastic moulds and pressure casting dies, recipient sleeves. Grades 1.2311 & 1.2378.
Sizes : P-20 is available from stock in round bar, flat bar and plate.

5. SS-431
Grade 431 stainless steels are materialistic, heat-treatable grades with excellent corrosion resistance, torque strength, high toughness and tensile properties.
All these properties make them ideal for bolt and shaft applications.

6. DIE BLODIE BLOCK DB-6
Our range of die block is made from high grade hard alloy steel having high density. They are mainly used in forging industries.
